Hi,

I have several databases (all MS2003) that were created and password protected by an individual who no longer works for the company. The passwords were not passed on. These databases are the driving force for two different applications, both of which are used for patient care, etc.. As you can imagine, the databases contain thousands of items that are no longer being used here. I need to get to the databases to cleanse the data. Also, I would like to upgrade the version of access from 2003 to 2010. The workstations that have the 2003 version cannot have the OS upgrade from XP to Windows 7, therefore any data or applications on these workstations will not be supported by our IT Helpdesk.

Worst case would be if I could somehow extract the data from the 2003 DB to 2010 and then clean up the data in that version.

Thank you,

Linda
