Networking a printer

MY Dell Photoprinter runs off a computer running Windows XP. On the two
computers networked to it both running Windows 2000 I have added this printer
as a network printer but when I try to print from it over the network it
won't work after I have selected this printer with various error mesages.
Any ideas?

If you are not using Simple File Sharing, you will have to give the users
the correct permissions.
