Networked Printer Problem

Apologies in advance: This is a 'double post' as I previously submitted in
the wrong newsgroup!!!

Be grateful for some help / education here:

Main machine (acting as server) in home office with USB printer connected
directly to it. Wireless network setup and working well with Netgear wireless
router. Using HP Laptop around the house. Office machine has two 'Computer
Administrator' users with passwords on it, NOT using 'Simple File Sharing'.
Printer is shared.

Same user names with same passwords on laptop can access / use the printer
with no problem. I've added my daughter to the laptop - 'Computer
Administrator' with no password. Her user name doesn't exist on the Office
'server'. She cannot use or access the printer when logged on with the
laptop. Only way to do it is for me to access an //OFFICE... shared folder
using my username / password, thus allowing her to print across the network.

Is there any way around this? Can I somehow (anyhow) allow her to print
without the need for me to log in to the network? The simplest solution is
the best here. I'd rather not add her username to the Office machine (I know
that would do it) and, whatever the solution, I don't want to allow her
access to shared folders, other than the default 'Shared Documents' that
Windows sets up - even that isn't necessary, it's the printing that's the
issue.

Many Thanks in advance...

Hi jeremy,

I would create her a user name on the Laptop and add her to a local user
account on the Printer machine with the same password...Should take care of it
