network wizard will not run

XP home installed on our 2 computer home network, but network wizard will not
run on one of the computers, it hooks up to the router and the internet fine,
the rogue computer does not see itself in view network computers nor does it
see the other computer. Ifeel the network wizard must be run but it wont
start. We did try to reload al accessories and network related files form the
xp disc. Any ideas?
