I am wondering how to make a windows 2000 pc accept incoming shared internet
connections. Any responses would be appreciated
 
What do you mean by "incoming shared internet connections"? You can share
the Internet connection to other computers on our LAN. If you have Internet
Connection Sharing enabled and you want to re-direct incoming connections on
a particular port to another computer, you can use port forwarding in the
"services" setup for ICS. If you want simultaneous outside connections to
the same computer, you can set up a VPN server (connection setup wizard ->
accept incoming connections).
