Hello,
I have a cable modem and wireless router, with a CAT-5 cable connecting
my desktop to my router. I recently had some problems with my
connection, so I ended up trying to use Comcast's Desktop Wizard to fix
things (which I think was a huge mistake). Anyways, I tracked the
connection problem to a loose cable, and now, my network doesn't work.
The puzzling thing... when I try typing ipconfig /all into the command
prompt, all that's displayed is "Windows IP Configuration" and give me
no information about my network adapter or anything. I tried
reinstalling my drivers, but that didn't work either.
Any thoughts would be most helpful.
