Ever since I formatted my main PC and set up a fresh installation of
Windows XP Professional, I have not been able to get that PC to
integrate properly with the rest of my network. It is in the same
workgroup as the other PCs, which can see each other in the "Local
Network" portion of "My Network Places" just fine but cannot see the
main PC. The DHCP table in the web interface of my router can see all
PCs just fine, and all PCs can ping each other just fine. I'm at a
loss as to why this particular PC seems to be completely isolated from
the others from the perspective of Windows XP networking.
