Hello
I have a user who is receiving "Network problems are preventing connection
to Microsoft Exchange Server computer" message.
Outlook 2000 on XP PC - firewall is off.
I can access his email, logged in as him on my PC.
His PCs connections are fine - from his PC I can ping our exchange server,
access Internet, log in remotly...

I tired the fix in KB article Q278243 but when I attempt to replace the file
Secur32.dll it says "file is being used by another program".
There are no programs open. I tried rebooting and enterin Safe mode - same
message
Any help MUCH appreciated
