Server network problem

i am sandeep kumar.
And i am system administrator in Mnc company.
There is new Departement comes.For that we has comleted networking on there
For sometime network was doing proper work.but last some month one problem
is going on.
That depatment are using a software which data Path at server.
data crashing are problem coming.
And also two use from this department saying me
"local area connection is now connected" this massage must be Apeare in
perday
but one time in day.
For this problem we chenged the Lan cable , Lan port for that user,now we
chamged the Swtich also.
But problem are Still so given me solution
What i doing.

So you keep getting a pop up message down by the clock saying that your
network connection is now connected? How often is this happening? Is this a
wired or wirless connection? If it is wired, then it is an odd occurance.
Something must be causing it. This usually only happens when the circuit is
being interrupted (unplugged). Is this only happening on one machine or on
multiple machines. Of course, you noted that you replaced your switch,
right?
