Network printing problem

I have a hp 5550 connected by a USB cable to a xp pro
computer. I can print directly from this pc. I have
another 3 PC's on a LAN but they cannot see this printer.
I have enabled the printer for sharing.
Any advice would be most welcome.

Can the other 3 CPs actually see the XP Pro PC? Are their UserNames and
Passwords added to the XP PC? Is something (usually the hard drive) shared
on the XP PC?

You do not have a printing problem but a network configuration problems....
