Network Printers lost after SP4 update

After I updated from Service Pack 1 to Service Pack 4, I
can no longer access my network printers. I can see them
in the list of printers, but they have a message that says:
"printer not found on server, unable to connect" even they
ARE online and working, and were before the update.

Anyone ever had this problem and know how to correct it?

SP4 completely messes with the registry entries. I don't
have a specific solution for you, but you might want to
run some hotfixes from MS downloads.
 
Thanks for the suggestion, but I have already installed
everything that is available, and nothing helps. :-)
