Network Password Prompt

I'm using Outlook 2002. When I open the program,
the "Enter Network Password" window opens (my password is
already typed in). No matter what I click on, ok or
cancel, the window keeps popping back up. Sometimes a
connection will be completed and I'll receive email.
Other times it won't connect and I'll get a send/receive
error.

Mt settings are set to remeber the password but it doesn't
seem to be doing it. Any ideas?

This tech article described the problem correctly, and I
went into regedit and made the changes, however, the
problem still occurs. Anything else? Thanks.
