network password popup screen

For the past two days this keeps popping up only when I am signed on to msn.
I called msn but no help there, I called internet explorer but again no
help. They said it would cost me $35 to even talk about it. I have win 98,
explore 6.0. I am not on a network and have made no changes to my system.
Anyone seen this pop up before and any suggestions as to how to get rid of
it?

You could try running add/remove from the Control Panel
screen. Select IE6 and click add/remove select repair IE6
and run this. Restart computer. Did this help?
