Network Password Dialog Box

Just today I keep getting a dialog box requesting that I enter a network
password. I don't know why. I am a single home user. How can I make this stop
popping up?
 
In IE, go to Tools/Internet Options/Connections/Never Dial a connection.

If this is the box you are speaking of (which pertains to dial-up), then
repost with more details.
 
Did you ever find a solution for this? I am having the same problem. I have
gone into Outlook and tried to reset my email passwords, but it is still
prompting me for my network passwords. Please advise.
 
Try this.

With windows running:
Disconnect the cables from the cable modem and then unplug from power
source.
Wait about 30 seconds.
Reconnect the cables, then plug in the power.
Wait until the cable modem is online.
Then restart your computer.
