Network Window Pop Up

A box named " Enter Network Password" keeps popping up on my computer and
asking for my user name and password. I have not made any changed to my
computer but this box keeps appearing. I can't enter anything until i click
off this box, but it reappears constantly. What can I do to cancel this
request to enter my network password box. It has popped up and appeared four
times while I have been typing this request!
