If you would do the following for me on both computers.
Click Start, Run, and type "cmd" (without quotes) and press ENTER. At the
command prompt, type "ipconfig /all >c:\ipconfig.txt" and press ENTER. Open
c:\ipconfig.txt in notepad, then copy and paste it to the email.
