I am no expert but have experienced this problem before.
1st dbl-clk on Network Neighborhood and setup a
home/office network.
2nd I noticed that the workgroup name should be the same
to work best for my taste.
I myself have 2 desktops and a laptop to deal with.
I hope the info helps.

third one is unable to access or even see the other two.
It is able to access the internet just fine. When I try
to access the Network Neighborhood it tells me that it is
not accessable!! I have checked to see if there is a
firewall or something that would prevent it from seeing
the neighborhood. BTW all pc's are running WIN XP. Any
clue's or suggestions?

one that is not working is the one that monitors InternetPlease help. These PC's are in a Internet Cafe and the
