Network Neigborhood using VPN W2K3 server

After setting up Windows2003 VPN with dual NICs I am able to authenticate, ping internal names and ips, but i am unable to use network neigborhood. There isnt an error, just a blank window opens. The firewall has 1723 and gre ports open. Do I need to open additional ports to allow network neighborhood to work? thanks in advance.

As soon as you have multiple NICs, you will have problems with browsing.
Enabling remote access makes it worse, because you now have three
interfaces.

See KB 191611 "Multihomed Browsers", 221210 "Browsing with a Multihomed
PDC" and 292822 "Name Resolution and Connectivity ... "
