Network Monitoring

I have a small office with 7 computers all running XP-Pro. We connect to
each other with a simple network connection and to the Internet through a
NetGear router/hub that allows us to share a DSL connection.

I would like to monitor and report (and if possible control) Internet usage
of each of the local computers. The router does not have this capability so
my question is...

Is three any software in XP-Pro that can do this or is separate software
necessary. If separate software is needed can you recommend any to a
beginner like me?
