network logins

how do I stop this invastion on my computer by this
network login that I have found out been happening often

In the control panel under the administrative tools you
will see Local Security Settings.
Open that and then go to Local Policies->UserRights
Assignments.
In this list you can see many things that you can
configure.You can deny logon to your computer to anyone
exept the local admin and domain admin.
