Network Location for Remote Users

I am trying to setup an XP machine on network to accept an incoming
connection from a Domain User, but when I click on Select Remote Users, then
click on the Add button, and then click on the location button, it does not
give me the option to find users on my domain. It only shows the local
machine name, and will only show local users as well. Not even domain users
who have ben setup locally.

Are you logged in as a domain administrator while trying to do this?

I logged in as the Domain User and also as the local machine's administrator
