No, in fact Network Load Balancing and Microsoft Cluster Services are NOT
compatible with each other. The use of one precludes the use of the other.
To use NLB, simply "bind" it to the appropriate adapter in the adapter
properties and configure the load-balancing properties. Do the same on
other machines on the same physical segment, and voila - you've got a
load-balancing cluster.
