Network Issue

I have a 20 PC’s in my network. All connected to switch. A DSL broadband 512
Kbps (1:4) is also connected to the switch. The router is Zyxel prestige 600
series model. The ISP’s DNS server address is configured in the entire client
machines.

While browsing users get “page cannot be displayed†error randomly. To
correct this users have go to LAN properties and click repair. Why this is
happening. How to correct this issue?

I have consulted to ISP. They have told me that everything is perfect from
their side. Please help me to solve this issue.

You may want to use nslookup and tracert to troubleshoot it when you have the issue.

Hi,

When i got the error "page cannot be displayed", i tried the "tracert"
command which gave the reply "unable to resolve the target system name".
where could be the problem. ISP says everything is fine from their side.
