Network failure in an odd way

The internet does not work through the ethernet connection, it is not the
cord or the card because I've tried changing both of those,

I know its not the modem because it works through the USB on my computer and
works through the ethernet on other computers, the connection was working
fine a few days ago but a few settings got changed and now even roll back
feature isnt helping.

The Lan connection has a yield sign on the wire part of the picture above it
says limited or no connectivity. I would love any help you could offer,
thanks.
