Network Drive Project

Hello.

Our company has a network drive on all of our machines that is W:\ and
points to \\vfcsever\web

The location \\vfcsever\web is where IIS is set to use the home
directory.

Asides from creating a "Site" project from within that directory, can
I set FrontPage to see W:\ as a "Site" like it does %systemdrive%
\documents and settings\%username%\my documents\my sites?

No. FP can't use a UNC path in that way.

You can use the w:\web location with FrontPage as a disc based website
without problems (at least until the network connection breaks), but using
w:\ will fail (you cannot place a website in the root of a disc - even if
the "disc" is a mapped network folder), and \\vfcsever\web will fail to
work correctly.
