Network Drive Access Problem w/ XP Remote Desktop

An employee connects to work network from her home PC using VPN, Comcast
cable modem, XP Remote Desktop. She used to remotely access her work PC
W2K,Outlook, mapped network drives without difficulty. While connected to
network remotely from her XP home PC using VPN she changed her network log
on password. A few days later she tried to log on to her work PC, but
forgot her new password, so she had her network password changed by the IT
shop. Now, when she logs onto the network via VPN she cannot access network
drives - error message:

"The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be
logged on to."

She currently accesses Outlook remotely without difficulty. She can access
the network drives remotely when logged onto her Win98 notebook with DUN but
cannot access the network drives when using her XP PC in her home. At work
she has two networked PCS at work - one XP Pro which she uses infrequently
and her regular XP Pro PC. I'm suspecting the problem is somehow due to
changing her password.

I hope I described the problem clearly. A Google search did not return any
useful information related to this particular problem.

Thanks,

Mike

I don't want to look like a dunce, but which network password should she
change?

Mike.
