Network Diagnostics

When I scan for this in the Help and Support Centre it reaches 99% and then
stops. Nothing happens after that and I'm wondering why and whether there
should be some information explaining the outcome. Any ideas??
 
What network fault do you have? What part of the scan is it failing on.
