network connectivity issues

Lately my clients have had troubles connecting to my
Windows 2000 Domain Controller. They are all using
Windows XP Professional. When they attempt to login to
the domain, it takes a long time to do so. Then they have
trouble connecting to the Exchange Server. After they
reboot several times, the problem seems to go away. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check the ipconfig/all from the clients. Does everything point to the
server-IP? How many nics in the server? Are you using RRAS as well? In that
case, make sure you've done the regedits in 292822.
