Network Connections Box

Every time we sign on we get a box called "Network Connections" that says we
or a program have requested information from go.microsoft.com and asks us to
choose the connection we want to use . The choices are: SVCamera, msntest
and just MSN. The choices on the bottom are for "settings", "connect..." and
"cancel" What's up?????? I don't know which to chose or what they mean; we
don't have a camera, what does "msntest" mean, or should I just cancel it
every time it appears?

Sounds fishy to me. Scan for viruses, worms, Trojans, spyware and other
malware.
