Network connection

Everytime I connect wireless router (several different
ones and different cables), I get the message "Local Area
Network Cable Unplugged" in the lower right corner of the
Windows screen.

Right click start button and choose Properties.
On the Taskbar tab click Customize.
Find the Ethernet connection and choose "Always Hide" in the Behavior
listing.
Choose OK and then Apply and OK again.
This will hide the Xed connection.
