Network Card Speed

I set up the NIC speed as 100/Full in the image of Windows XP SP2. After
sysprep finished and the PC joined the Windows 2000 domain, the speed is
change to Auto. Is it the default settings? How to prevent this change?

Did sysprep change it?
 
I use the full unattended install. I don't have anything in sysprep.ini to
change speed. Is there an option in sysprep that I can use to make the speed
as 100/full?
