network adapter that doesnt exist

in my computer i have 2 network adapter(for adsl+ for
network)

in the control panel you can see except for my 2 net
adapters another one (1369 or smthng) that doent exist
and i can not delete it
there is a problem?

Is it a 1394 connection? If so, then it is a Firewire port. It comes with
the Creative Soundblaster Audigy, and maybe other PCI cards too. It is
nothing to worry about.

You could double check, and see if you have an IEEE 1394 (Firewire)
connection on your machine by looking at the following link, and then
checking the back of your computer.

I get an extra 1394 adapter listed on the tablet pc that uses a wireless
adapter. I just ignore it. Have noticed no problems with the network.
