Netware with XP Pro

Hello I am a network Admin for a school and they are
having trouble with printer networking. It only works
when there users are disabled when using the netware. But
they need users so they have to turn netware off to use
the users but they still need to print. Help!!
 
Yes Net Bios is installed and File and Printer Sharing
for Microsoft Networking is also
