Netware 5 NDS - WIndows 2003 ADS Migration

Hi all,
I am sure this question has been asked here a thousand times before but I
cant seem to acess any of the old posts. Anyway here it goes.
I have a Netware 5 NDS 8 infrastructure with about 600 users and about 200
gb of shared directories and home directories. I would like to migrate this
to my Windows 2003 ADS infrastructure which is already in place and handling
about 600 users. My questions are:

1) How hard is this with MSDSS??
2) What are the pitfalls associated with this??
3) I am the only one in my org. who is going to do this, should I get in a
consultant??

If you already have the 600 users set up on AD - I wouldn't bother with MSDSS
- it seems to be particularly troublesome at file migration...

I'd look to simply copy the data to the 2003 servers and manually recreate any
required permissions. Hopefully you already have user home directories in
place (with correct permissions) as part of your existing AD user setup.
