Netstat

When I run netstat it comes on and blinks off before I
can read anything. Same thing with ipconfig. Anyone know
how to fix this problem? It is in my System32 folder so I
am at a loss as to why it is not staying on. And when I
try running it from the Command Prompt it does not even
recognize the commands. As though it were not there. And
it is. Very strange.... Please help?

Click the start button, select run and type cmd in the window. This will
launch a command prompt (some refer this to a DOS window).

Netsat also has switches that show you some really cool information.

Here is what it says when I do ...
'netstat 'is not recognized as an internal or external
command, operable program or batch file.
