My netstat and ipconfig does not work

From command prompt:
Here is what it says when I do ...
'netstat 'is not recognized as an internal or external
command, operable program or batch file.

When I run netstat it comes on and blinks off before I
 
Hi Keith,

What happens if you open a command window, change directories to the
system32 directory and then try netstat? If this works your path statement
is incorrect.
