What is this NETSTAT item?

Machine is acting funny today so I poked around and found this when I did
NETSTAT:

TCP gw:3051
AMontpellier-257-1-113-2.w90-0.abo.wanadoo.fr:ne
tbios-ssn ESTABLISHED
===============
C:\Documents and Settings\George>netstat -no

Active Connections

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State PID
TCP 90.0.0.1:3051 90.0.0.2:139 ESTABLISHED 4
==============

I had no applications running and have knocked off all but the essential
tasks so there should not be any "feraners" latched on. Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance.

George,

Wanadoo is a French ISP, with a reputation for having a large percentages of
clueless customers. If you haven't identified any legit reason for having a
connection to their network, I suggest that you start malware analysis, and make
sure that your computer has not become infected.
