Netscape Navigator application has encountered a problem

I used Window XP Home Edition and Netscape communicator
6.2 as my Web Browser and its e-mail client. It works
well. I can retrieve my e-mail and brow pages, but
always/sometimes showed "Netscape Navigator application
file has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience"

Then I need to close the Netscape and restart it again.
I have tried to search on http://support.microsoft.com,
however, the exact problem can not be found

anyone have the same problem?
Thanks in advance for the support.

I suggest downloading Netscape 7.. It is much better than Netscape
6.2. Another option is Mozilla 1.6 (www.mozilla,org) if you are not
using any of the AOL related bloatware (such as Instant Messenger)
than come with Netacape.

Well I am not sure how old that version is, but there appears to be a
version 7.1 on www.netscape.com. Failing that, have you thought about
Mozilla? Its based on Netscape, but without all the branding...

Often happens to me on pages that are sillily designed for IE only.
