Netmeeting

Can someone tell me how to get netmeeting to work. Im trying to connect to an ip address, however it doesnt seem to like connecting to it. Im behind a firewall at work but surely there must be a way to connect?? Any ideas. I running XP Pro.

Hi,

They may need to open specific ports for you at work, as they are probably
blocked. See this article for the ones they will need:

anyone know of a good forum/group that knows about vpn tunneling.

i am involved supporting broadband connections for a group of hotels.
frequently, guests has difficulty connecting to their offices via vpn, yet
when they stay at other hotels they dont. other guests have no problems.
so it seems to be specific to how the vpn client on the machine is setup.

i realize our software/hardware is setup differently than those 'other'
hotels, but have no idea what to look into to try to solve our problem and
to accomodate those vpn clients that dont work.
