Netmeeting XP Desperately!!!!!!!!

Hey, could you please, help me?
I open the conf.exe, and then the N etmeeting does not start, it says that there's an error...this message shows up:

AppName: conf.exe AppVer: 4.4.0.3400 ModName: lameacm.acm
ModVer: 0.0.9.0 Offset: 0000116e

I don't understand anything about it, but I'd REALLY aprecciate any help!!

NetMeeting:

Run: Start/Run/conf.exe

Remove: Start/Run/RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection
C:\WINDOWS\inf\msnetmtg.inf,NetMtg.Remove

Reinstall: To reinstall, open the Windows\Inf folder (this is a hidden
folder, so you may need to adjust your Folder Options
to show hidden files and folders. Or you can click Start, Run and enter
%systemroot%\Inf).

Locate the msnetmtg.inf file in the Inf folder. Right click and select
Install. Have your XP CD handy.

Clear Netmeeting Call History - Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Conferencing\UI\CallMRU. Open your
registry and delete the key mentioned. Restart Netmeeting for the change to
take effect.
