Error starting NetMeeting in WinXP

I get an error 100 with the following description when
trying to start NetMeeting:

Faulting application conf.exe, version 4.4.0.3400,
faulting module lameacm.acm, version 0.0.9.0, fault
address 0x0000116e

Any ideas how to resolve this?

This is related to an MP3 decoder or some such application, one of which is
called Lame.exe but there are others that make use of this. Your problem
lies with this application. It is not a part of Windows so you will need to
have a look at the applications you've installed related to this function.
