Netmeeting Hangs at Startup

Can someone please help? I am running Netmeeting in Windows XP. When I run
it, it hangs and never starts up. I think the problem is due to DNS issues
where the pc doesn't resolve to an IP.
How can I modify the ILS server from a host name to an IP? I tried
modifying it through the registry but with no luck.
Or how can i re-initialize a user's netmeeting profile?
