netmeeting could not find the name of the person on the directory server

HI everybody
can you please help me with this issue? I always get this message "netmeeting could not find the name of the person you are trying to call on the directory server" when i try to place a call using an email address. I have both sides properly configured with the emails used to log on the respective ISP and the y use the Microsoft Internet directory

The Microsoft Internet Directory Service is no longer supported. You need to locate a different ILS server for you both to use, or you need to call the user's IP address, instead of their e-mail.
