NetMeeting Server Problem

I am trying to run NetMeeting on XP but I get the error
message

"The directory server could not be found. You may not be
connected to the network, or you may have mistyped the
server name. To change your server, in NetMeeting, click
Options in the Tools menu, and select the General tab."

Go to Tools/General and read and set as needed. The Directory Server has
not worked for over 4 years. Get a friend and have him go to Help/About and
find his IP address and call him that way. or you can send a friend your IP
address and he/she can then call you

You also probably need to run the Tuning Wizard. Tools/Audio Tuning Wizard
