What featured exactly are you looking for?.. almost all modern IM clients
have video and audio... msn messenger actually uses some features of
netmeeting for some of its fuctions like whiteboard and application sharring
(under the hood though, you wont notice netmeeting running).

Check these out:
www.skype.com (now supports video)
http://messenger.msn.com
http://messenger.yahoo.com

If you have XP you already have netmeeting installed although you may not
know it because it is hidden.
You have to go to START>RUN and type CONF then press enter.

BitWise. No video, but everything else. The author places a strong emphasis
on privacy, security, and portability.

Microsoft's NetMeeting is easy to use and very efficient.
All you need to do is make sure it's installed on both computers.
Just start it, enter your name, test the sound, and it will start up.
You will then host a meeting (File>Host Meeting) and the other person
will enter your IP and press Enter.
You will handshake and then you can share desktops and do anything on
them.
It is a little slow on 56k connections but Broadband is really fast,
just like you are using your own desktop.
