NetBT error after installing SP2

On every restart I get in Event Log the below error and I cannot solve
this problem:

Product: WinXP Pro SP2
ID:4307
Source:NetBT
Message:Initialization failed because the transport refused to open initial
Addresses.

This started to happen since I've installed SP2. The LAN connection
is ok and I can access other pc's. The WinXP Help says about some
error in computer name and address, but I don't see anything wrong there.

I'd try to repair the IP stack with the command

netsh int ip reset

If that doesn't cure it, I'd remove all network components,
reboot, then install them again and set them up properly.
