Workgroup PCs not showing up - NetBIOS won't enable

I've got three PCs networked under a Linksys router, 1 WinXP Pro w/SP2, 1
WinXP Home w/SP2, and 1 Win2K. The XP Home and Win2K machines see each other
fine and can share files and printer, etc. The WinXP Pro PC doesn't see
anything shared - nothing shows up when exploring the network, the Workgroup
is listed but nothing appears shared. Connectivity works - the shared
internet connection works and I can ping the other PCs by address but not by
name. The NetBIOS over DHCP option for the adapter is enabled but when I do
an ipconfig /all NetBIOS says disabled. I tested it with NetBIOS explicitly
turned on with the same results. I can't seem to figure out what the problem
is exactly and a solution. I've reset the IP service with the netsh command
and that didn't work. Both the NetBIOS and NetBT services claim to be
running when I run a net start command on either of them. I tried to run a
nbtstat -c command and got this error - "NetBT is not bound on any adapters".
I couldn't find any info on how to bind NetBT to a network adapter. Any
ideas on how to do this or another way to solve this problem?

Check all Services (and dependency services), and settings.
