.net passport missing email

After running and updating Messanger 4.7, I signed up for
the passport. It keeps asking me for an email, that I
never get to verify the passport. I checked the address
it is correct, but I never get an email (yes i get all my
other emails just fine.) How do I get .net passport to
send me a new one from scratch, so I can sign in verified?
