Verifying my email address

When I log into MSN using Windows (XP) Messenger 4.7, it tells me that my
email address is not verified. How do I verify my email address? I have
followed the instructions given to me by Microsoft (see below) but there's
no "Verify" button or anything in the Passport website (passport.net).

Instructions on how to verify your account are below, as well as some
important questions and answers.
To verify your Passport account:
1. In your Web browser, type passport.net in the Address bar and press
Enter.
2. On the Passport home page, click the Sign In button, and sign in to your
Passport account.
3. Follow the instructions to verify your e-mail address.

You should be receiving another e-mail with the verification link. If you didn't get this
one, simply contact Passport Services @ http://register.passport.net/contactus.srf and
request another one.
