soon as a close the process nnlstupd.exe and nntask.exe
and net nanny is gone from the task bar the computer runs
fine. can anyone help me because the net nanny site tells
you nothing about version 4.

can anyone at least tell me where to go for help???

I answered your first post. Please wait at least 24 hours before
reposting the same question, and then don't post in a different thread.
Search for your name to find my answer.

Dale, you just posted this 45 minutes ago. It takes time for people to
see it, sometimes 24 hours. Have patience. Have you contacted tech
support for net nanny by email rather than just the website docs? Have
you uninstalled / reinstalled?
